Why eat out?

INGREDIENTS

  • Shrimp Tempura (you can purchase the ready-to-heat or make your own)

  • Rice

  • Nori (seaweed sheets)

  • Veggies of choice: Carrots, Avocado, Alfalfa sprouts, cucumber, Daikon, etc.

  • Condiments and seasoning: Toasted sesame seeds, and spicy mayo (siracha and mayonnaise).

  • Additional condiments for dipping: soy sauce and wasabi (optional)

Directions:

Heat or cook shrimp tempura accordingly. Let cool.

Cook rice or use any same-day leftover rice. Cut full sheets of nori in half with cooking scissors. lay nori long ways and spread rice on one half of the nori. Use a spoon to spread spicy mayo, sprinkle toasted sesame seed, and add julienned carrots and avocado or veggies of choice. Roll accordingly, serve, and consume! Enjoy!
