CHICKEN KADU (SOUP)

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken Thighs (Bone or not)

  • Garlic & Onion

  • Chicken broth

  • Zucchini / Chayote squash

  • Bok Choy

  • Rice Noodles or Yukon Gold Potatoes

  • Seasonings:

- Sea salt, Crushed black pepper, White pepper (grounded/coarse), Garlic powder, Onion powder, and garlic salt. Simply, season to taste. ;)

Directions:

Heat deep pot. Add olive oil. Cook onion then garlic. Season.nCook chicken thighs through. Season accordingly. Add chicken broth. Add Zucchini, Add Rice Noodles (be careful not to overcrowd the pot with noodles as this can soak up the soup). Add Bok Choy on top and turn off the heat.
